The island's main public hospital, located in Dapa about 30-40 minutes by road from General Luna. Following major post-Odette upgrades completed through 2025 it now operates as a Level 2 general hospital with around 100 beds, a clinical and molecular laboratory, a women's center, and basic surgical, medical, pediatric and OB-GYN services.
Air-conditioned pharmacy on Tourism Road (beside Don Macchiatos) serving the General Luna tourist strip, stocking prescription medicines, first-aid supplies and everyday health essentials. One of the most convenient options for travellers who need antihistamines, antibiotics, wound care for reef cuts or motion-sickness tablets without riding to Dapa.
Siargao is still overwhelmingly a cash island: most restaurants, homestays, surf instructors, tricycle drivers and tour operators do not take cards. Working ATMs are concentrated in General Luna (BDO machines at the bank branch plus one near Little Nap Inn, and a scattering of Euronet machines) and in Dapa town, and they regularly run out of cash on weekends and holidays.
The island's first and only official CrossFit affiliate, operating on Tourism Road since 2020 under Level 2 coach and owner Michael Breuker. Daily coached classes cover CrossFit, Cross Circuit and weightlifting, drawing a mix of locals, expats and travellers, with protein shakes and smoothie bowls at the in-house bar. They also run multi-day CrossFit-and-surf retreats.
Scooter and motorbike rental shop on Tourism Road with a fleet ranging from the Honda Beat and Click 125 to the Yamaha Fazzio, manual TMX 125 and XR 150. No passport deposit is required, bikes are serviced roughly every 10 days, and every rental includes a free phone holder with an optional surfboard rack. They can deliver the bike to your accommodation in and around General Luna.
