What reviewers keep saying

  • Big, well-managed beachfront party space — foam parties and fire shows are the standout memories for most visitors
  • Stick to drinks: reviewers say the food doesn't justify the price
  • Noticeably pricier than Siargao's norm, with several mentions of add-on charges
  • Service is hit-or-miss and the vibe can fall flat on quiet weeknights

The closest thing Siargao has to a proper club: a huge open-air beachfront dancefloor on Tourism Road where DJs start at 9pm and the party runs to around 2-3am — well past the midnight wind-down elsewhere in town. Twice a week the stage erupts with pyrotechnics and foam cannons at 11pm, and fire dancers, OPM nights and full-moon parties fill out the calendar. There's no entrance fee, just a security check at the door (19+ for foam parties).

Good to know: Foam parties Tuesday and Saturday at 11pm (19+). No entrance fee. One of the only spots open until 2-3am.

Harana Siargao (Harana Surf Resort Bar)

NightlifeBeach bar / Party venue General Luna₱₱

Home of the island's most famous Saturday night, Harana turns its beachfront surf resort into a two-stage party from 9pm to 1am — local bands and commercial hits on the main stage, deep electronic sets at the beach bar, and a hidden speakeasy (Paraluman) tucked between them. Cocktails lean proudly Filipino, with native-ingredient signatures like the Harana Sour and Tuba Old Fashioned built on calamansi, lemongrass and coconut nectar. Sundays mellow out with a soulful hip-hop and R&B beach BBQ.

NightlifeBeach bar General Luna₱₱

A barefoot beachfront bar where bean bags face the ocean, resident dogs wander between tables, and sunset happy hour drifts into evening DJ sets. Its signature event is the Sunday Funday Night Market and Beach Party (6pm to midnight), mixing local food stalls, music and a sociable crowd; movie nights and trivia fill other evenings. The kitchen serves Indian-Mediterranean fusion alongside fresh juices and cocktails.

Barbosa

NightlifeCocktail & DJ bar General Luna₱₱

Part snack bar, part creative music hub, Barbosa has built a reputation for the best DJ sets on the island — feel-good grooves with a sprinkle of hip-hop and rap. Tuesday's Disco Tropico guest-DJ night keeps the floor moving until midnight, Fridays go deep into soul, funk and groove, and Mondays bring live music. Come early for the buy-one-get-one happy hour (5:30-7:30pm) and shareable small plates like kinilaw and fish tacos.

A Tourism Road favorite that packs out for its legendary Monday Retro Night, when 80s tunes and funky beats pull a happy mix of locals and travelers onto the floor. Fridays flip the script with high-energy house and techno, while early evenings are all about 2-for-1 happy hour cocktails, coconut shakes and house-infused rums. It opens around 5-6pm for pre-party drinks and runs until midnight.
