Twice-daily fun dives visit sites from the shallow coral gardens of Secret Garden to the drop-offs of Blue Cathedral on the Pacific side.
A barefoot beachfront bar where bean bags face the ocean, resident dogs wander between tables, and sunset happy hour drifts into evening DJ sets. Its signature event is the Sunday Funday Night Market and Beach Party (6pm to midnight), mixing local food stalls, music and a sociable crowd; movie nights and trivia fill other evenings. At the northernmost tip of Siargao, Alegria unfurls some of the whitest, softest sand on the island beside shallow, glass-clear water that's calm enough for proper swimming — a rarity on the reef-guarded east coast. The long ride up through rice paddies and palm forest is half the experience. Few tourists make it this far, so weekdays can feel private.
